Avoid using perfumes on the zari at all times.
Store Paithani and silk sarees in a dry, clean cotton cloth in a cupboard or hang them on hangers.
Avoid using naphthalene balls when storing because they can adversely affect the silk.
Do not pin up the Paithani in one place for an extended period.
Paithani and Silk Sarees must be cleaned through dry cleaning only.
Every 6 months, remember to refold the saree.
Do not place heavy objects on your saree; it may damage the delicate fabric and zari work.
We cannot guarantee the colour, zari, or the slippage of silk.

Refunds in the form of store credit only will be processed in 5-7 working days once it’s approved.
Any merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Damaged or soiled products will not be exchanged.
Order once processed, cannot be cancelled.
All custom made items are non-refundable.
