Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹10,000

Flat ₹100 shipping fee on orders below ₹10,000

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days

Delivery takes 7–10 business days depending on your location
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD available on orders up to ₹25,000
-
COD orders include a ₹150 flat fee

All COD orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch
Returns & Exchange Policy
As each PaithaniShilp piece is handwoven, made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns.
You are eligible for an exchange only if:

The product delivered is damaged or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You share an unboxing video as proof
- If exchange is approved the product will be delivered in 7-10 business days
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the product back. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

The item is out of stock post-order

There is a confirmed delivery failure or loss in transit

A cancellation request is received before dispatch
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Customized or bespoke items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once confirmed.
We recommend using our Book an Appointment service to finalise design and fit before ordering.
A 40% advance is required to confirm all custom orders.
